Kyle Dulock

General Counsel & CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Kyle Dulock presently serves as Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Rezolut.  Kyle brings five years of private equity experience to the team. Prior to UMI, Kyle was Associate General Counsel for OptumRx, a subsidiary of United Health Group.  In that role, Kyle was lead counsel for the legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs program for OptumRx’s Managed Care Division, including their national PPO network, consisting of over 500,000 providers. Prior to OptumRx, Kyle served as counsel for Healthcare Solutions, a private-equity backed pharmacy benefits management and managed care company, which was subsequently sold to OptumRx. In that role, Kyle created and managed the licensing and regulatory units of Healthcare Solutions’ legal and compliance program.  Prior to Healthcare Solutions, Kyle was an associate attorney with the Law Offices of J Pete Laney, a boutique law firm in Austin, Texas specializing in administrative, governmental, and lobbying activities. 

Kyle holds a Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law – Samford University.  Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Texas State University.
