With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources & Operations, Rose has used her blend of experience within private and publicly-traded sectors to effect positive changes in the organizations where she worked. Her ability to effectively balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution has allowed Rose to achieve professional objectives, resulting in trusting relationships with her customers.  

Joining Rezolut in 2020, Rose provides daily counsel and support to Rezolut's leaders, helping them achieve strategic and operational goals while mitigating risk.   

As a PHR (Professional in Human Resources), Rose is passionate about helping to build the conditions for people to thrive mentally, financially, and professionally. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). 

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and writing.
